The wonderful Dorli Muhr – for her sins the most prominent wine PR woman in Austria – met with Dirk van der Niepoort, the port tycoon behind the reinvention of Portuguese wine culture. Her goal: to grow a wine on Carnuntum’s blessed soil that would measure up to the hallowed vintages of France.
We constructed a corporate design based around the pair’s first names, Dirk and Dorli, used classic Burgundy bottles, God blessed the wine and it was an instant classic that held its own with pride in international comparison.
