Nicolas Grohe and Thore Könnecke wanted to add another brand to go with their provocative and frivolous La Louviere brand, which would present their southern French wines in a slightly less controversial light. So we hid the wolf in sheep’s clothing.

 

Modelled on Isengrim, the harmless wolf has a fairytale-like quality, triggering an unconscious association with ancient myths and fables.
